  • Resend — our email delivery service, used to send enquiry notifications to NS Electrics. Your contact details are included in those notifications.
  • Supabase — our secure database provider, where enquiry records are stored

All third-party providers are contractually bound to handle your data appropriately and only for the purposes we specify.

6. How we store and protect it

Enquiry records are stored in a secure, encrypted database (Supabase). Data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols. Access is restricted to NS Electrics staff only.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiry and contact records are retained for 24 months from the date of collection, or until the matter they relate to is resolved, whichever is later.

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us (see Section 8).

8. Your rights under the Australian Privacy Principles

Under the APPs, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request corrections to information that is inaccurate or out of date
  • Request deletion of your personal information
